Autonomous Mobile Transport

Fetch Robotics HMI Shelf

HMIShelf

All-in-One Transport with Operator Touch Interface

HMIShelf provides autonomous transport in virtually any facility. Deploys in just hours and carries a wide range of bins, totes and packages with its fully configurable and customizable shelving system. Manual movement with goods for pickers or parts for manufacturing line technicians is unproductive and unfulfilling work. In many warehouses, pickers can spend over 50% of their time moving items throughout the environment instead of staying in their zones. With the HMIShelf, pickers and line technicians can leave the heavy lifting to the robot while they continue with tasks best suited to humans. This AMR has a fully customizable touchscreen that is easy for associates to learn and carries a wide range of bins, totes and packages with its fully configurable and customizable shelving system.

PRODUCT FEATURES

HMIShelf AMRs feature simple-to-use integrated touch screens that require almost no training to improve efficiency and productivity immediately after initializing

SOFTWARE features

FetchCore™ Makes It Simple to Deploy and Manage

Get up and running in just hours and modify workflows on-demand with FetchCore, our enterprise cloud-based software. Track, analyze, and optimize robot performance with detailed metrics as well as annotate, update, and share your facility maps all from the same portal.

Included with the FetchCore software suite is the WorkFlow Builder app, which allows you to program complex robot tasks by dragging and dropping graphical blocks. These block represent a variety of robot actions, such as moving to multiple locations, picking up or dropping off carts, or initiating a workflow when a trigger is activated by the user. WorkFlow Builder allow you to create and change workflows from anywhere with just a few clicks, with no programming required.

SAFETY features

Safe around others, even forklifts

Collaborative, autonomous mobile robots were designed to work around people, and safety should not be compromised at the expense of efficiency.

All AMRs comes equipped with some of the most advanced safety features in the industry. 2D LiDAR scanners with 25m range enable mapping, localization, obstacle avoidance, as well as object detection. Multiple 3D depth cameras allow for superior robot vision to avoid both ground-based and overhanging dynamic obstacles, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and people.

When these sensors are combined with our onboard safety software, the result is the first industrial AMR systems, (inclusive of both the robot base and top module) that conform to both the newly released ANSI / RIA R15.08 safety standard for mobile robots as well as as CE mark requirements.
