Austin Lighthouse, a non-profit organization offering skill-based training and warehousing services, was facing increased competition from leading warehousing and distribution companies. To fulfill their orders faster and keep up with the rising volumes, they introduced Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) from Fetch that helped them improve picking productivity by 2.5 times.
With increased competition from large companies, Austin Lighthouse was finding it difficult to manage their rising order volumes. To stay competitive, they realized they would need to process these orders faster than their existing capability.
By introducing Fetch AMRs, Austin Lighthouse was able to increase their pick productivity by 2.5 times. Using robots has eliminated the travel required for picking up empty carts and transporting them to other locations.
